It can be hard to step foot in your first dance class!  The doubt, fear, and nerves can easily set in!

" What if I'm not good enough?  Everyone will be watching me.  What if the teacher is really mean and calls me out?"

You may feel like you’re too out of shape, too old, or no longer have IT.

Even if you manage to get through the studio door, it can be discouraging if you can't follow along and just want to find the nearest exit, pronto!

Never starting is going to prevent you from pursuing your dreams of dancing.  Don't make the mistake of letting another year go by where you don't take action toward what you really want to do with your life.

Couch to Studio takes you from your comfy spot on the couch to building the confidence, foundational movement skills, and strength to participate in your first dance classes successfully.  With this course, you’ll move from the comfort of your couch to your new comfort zone in the dance studio.
